Welcome to the official 2026 academic and training calendar of MedScholar Academy. This page covers all Healthcare Training Programs, the MDCN Preparatory Program for foreign-trained doctors, and our Short Professional Courses.
1. Healthcare Training Programs (6 Sessions)
Programs: Health Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Geriatric Care, Caregiving & Phlebotomy
Coursework Duration: 5–8 weeks (Accelerated)
Internship Duration:
- HCA/NA/Geriatrics – ~4 months
- Caregiving – 10 weeks
- Phlebotomy – 1 week coursework + 3 weeks internship (Total 5 weeks)
Graduation Ceremonies: June & December
Sessions:
- Session 1: January – February
- Session 2: March – April
- Session 3: May – June
- Session 4: July – August
- Session 5: September – October
- Session 6: November – December
Assessments: Continuous assessments, final practical & written exams, and internship performance evaluation.
2. MDCN Preparatory Program (2026)
For Foreign-Trained Medical Doctors Preparing for the MDCN Licensing Examination.
Session 1: February – May | Exam: June
Session 2: July – October | Exam: November
Program Includes:
- Theory classes
- OSCE practice sessions
- Group interactions
- Mock written & OSCE exams approximately every 3 weeks

1st Week of Every Month:
- Infection Prevention & Control (IPC)
- Vital Signs Monitoring – Practical
- Nutrition & Wellness
- Elderly Care Support
3rd Week of Every Month:
- Disability & Autism Support
- Childcare Support & Safety
- School Health & First Aid Awareness
- Safe Patient Handling & Mobility
- Dementia & Alzheimer’s Awareness
- Palliative Care Support
